This week begins one of our favorite Author Studies - Mem Fox! The kids will be learning about her, listening and responding to her books this week. She is from Austrailia and is truly an amazing Author and person. Author studies are so important in class because kids get to notice the way authors create text, learn about the author's style, borrow patterns, topics and language from the author, and think deeper about books.
